How Does Amorolfine Work?

A chemical in fungus called ergosterol causes nail infections. Amorolfine works by stopping the production of ergosterol. Without the chemical, the fungus stops growing, and its cells break down. The nail continues to grow, removing the infectious part until it becomes healthy.

    • Are a pregnant or breastfeeding mother.

Directions for Use

Amorolfine 5% Nail Solution should be applied to each infected nail once or twice weekly.

  • Using a new file, gently file down the infected areas, including the nail surface.
  • Clean the nail surface and surrounding area to remove any funny smell.
  • Dip one of the re-usable applicators into the bottle of Amorolfine nail lacquer. Apply the nail lacquer evenly over the entire surface of the nail. Allow it to dry for 3 minutes.
  • You can use the applicators provided more than once, but you must clean it thoroughly.

Amorolfine Nail Lacquer Ingredients

Amorolfine 5% Nail Lacquer contains the active ingredient: Amorolfine (50mg per 1mL nail lacquer). It also contains the inactive ingredients: Ethanol anhydrous, Ammonia, Methacrylate Copolymer (type A), Ethyl acetate, Butyl acetate, and Triacetin.
